Which Android UI Do You Like Most?

Manufacturer UI’s like Samsung’s TouchWiz and HTC’s Sense have improved a lot over the years, so much so that I can actually tolerate (some of) them. In fact, in certain areas I feel like they can add a lot of value and offer a better user experience than stock Android (dare I say it). So I was thinking…. Do you guys prefer a certain manufacturer UI over stock Android? Or do you prefer a UI from a custom ROM.
